REFUND POLICY 

All sales of VOIP recharge on the Crewmates Platform are final with no refund or exchange permitted.This includes the recharge amount and the associated service charges including the applicable taxes The user is responsible for his/her Seafarers id or User id for which the user use to purchase the recharge and all charges that result from those purchases.

We are not responsible for any purchase of VOIP recharge for an incorrect Seafarers ID or User ID)

However, if in a transaction performed by the user on the Crewmates Platform, money has been charged to user card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then user shall inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address mentioned on the support page on or at the support chat option provided in the application. Please include in the e-mail the following details Seafarers id/User Id, User name, recharge value, transaction date and Transaction id. We will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to the user card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then the user VOIP account will be credited the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of Your email.

For the payment failure issues due to error in payment gateway, the payment gateway policy will be applicable.
